Reflection- This is by far one of my favorite pieces. First, to build it, I used a slab and wrapped it around a bottle I found outside so I could get a very clean cup shape. Then, I attached the handle and waited for it to dry. I then found a tool that was like a square hook and used that to make an opposite brick pattern. I then used one of those glazes that fill in the cracks with a different color, so I got this cool multicolored, pretty blue color.

Reflection- This was a gift for a friend of mine for her birthday. It's based on Coraline a movie I had not watched. So I rolled a slab and wrapped it around a bottle to create the shape. I did not notice that the bottle had a designer on it so the design from the bottle indented the inside of my piece, however, I ignored it and continued to make the cup. I wanted the handle to go inside the cup and reference something I had seen from a clip of the movie that's also why I made buttons since that's a large part of the movie that I was aware of. To paint the cup I wanted the inside to be dark and the outside to be white however, I could not find white so I used a light blue and added sa mall design mostly to fill the space.

Reflection- For this piece, I saw a picture on Pinterest that made me want to create a monster face. To create the face I rolled a slab and placed it on a jar I found outside. once I got the desired shape and height I removed the jar and added the bottom and then began to add the features. I had rolled small coils to be able the create the mouth shape and the area around the eyes which I made using a ball I cut and hollowed. Next, I hollowed the inside of the jar around the eyes and smoothed it out. Then I made a lid using slabs and made the lid have feet so it would not slide off. Then I painted it orange sort of wish I painted it in blue but I couldn't find the blue I was looking for and continued.

Reflection- For this I wanted to create an old man but as a plant pot. So I started by rolling a slab then I created a squared shape and added a nose and eyebrows. For the eyebrows, I  used a scoring tool to create texture and make them look more real. I then painted the man a light peach color and then went in with a darker color to create wrinkles. and painted the inside green for no reason in particular.
